Interactive Metronome® (IM) is an evidence-based training program and assessment tool. It uses a structured, rhythmic training system to strengthen the brain’s internal timing mechanisms, which are foundational for focus, learning, motor planning, and self-regulation.

A little history

Interactive Metronome® was developed in the early 1990s and immediately proved of great benefit to children diagnosed with learning and developmental disorders.
